Four systems. One team that builds all of them.

CPI doesn't sell a single tool or platform. We design the specific system a business needs, then build it. Most engagements involve one or two of the four areas below. Some involve all four.

AI Systems

What it is

AI assistants, internal copilots, and knowledge agents built around your business's actual data and processes, not a generic chatbot wrapper.

Examples

An internal copilot that answers policy questions from your own documentation. A knowledge agent that pulls information from three internal systems into one answer. A support assistant that handles first-line questions and routes the rest to a human.

What's not included

We don't build or manage outbound sales or marketing automation. If a request drifts toward sales prospecting tools, that's outside what we do.

Automation Systems

What it is

The repetitive internal processes your team runs manually today, rebuilt to run on their own, with a record of what happened and why.

Examples

Automatic data sync between two systems that currently require manual re-entry. Scheduled reporting that used to take someone half a day to compile by hand. Internal status routing so the right person sees the right item without someone forwarding it manually.

What's not included

Outbound sales sequences, cold email campaigns, and lead generation automation are outside our scope. If your problem is internal process friction, that's us. If it's sales pipeline generation, that's a different kind of firm.

Custom Software

What it is

Dashboards, portals, web and mobile apps, and internal tools built specifically around how your team actually works, connected to the systems you already run.

Examples

An operations dashboard pulling live data from your existing CRM and billing system into one view. A client-facing portal replacing a manual email-and-spreadsheet process. An internal tool that replaces a fragile, single-person-dependent spreadsheet with something the whole team can use safely.

What's not included

General website design and marketing site builds. We build the systems and apps that run behind a business, not its public-facing brand site.

Infrastructure & Managed Operations

What it is

The technical foundation a growing company needs underneath its software and AI systems, plus ongoing monitoring once it's live.

Examples

Setting up the cloud infrastructure a new system needs to run reliably. Ongoing monitoring so a failure gets caught and fixed before it becomes a client-facing problem. Ongoing small improvements to a system after the initial build, under a retainer arrangement.

A typical path: a scoping engagement identifies the gap. Custom software or an AI system gets built to close it. Automation removes the manual steps around it. Managed operations keeps it running. You can start anywhere in that sequence depending on what you already have in place.
